So Why Meet on Easter?

There are three main reasons Easter has been chosen as the time to hold the LTC convention:

  1. The hotel facilities that we use have difficultly in booking conventions on Easter weekend. Therefore we get a room rate that is very favorable to our groups.

  2. Many schools give Good Friday as a student holiday allowing groups to travel and facilitating the start of the convention on Friday afternoon.

  3. Easter weekend is still the least scheduled weekend in our culture as it pertains to competing events for our kids.
