Hotel Registration

Room Rates:
The contracted room rate for the 2012 CTLTC Convention is $92.00 plus applicable taxes for a room with two double beds (double double) or a king. There are a limited number of double / double’s so get your reservations in as soon as Hotel registration opens. There are also a limited number of connecting rooms and suites. If you have a special requirement please let the hotel know when you register.
Parking:
We do not have a negotiated discount for parking at the hotel. The standard rate for attached garage parking is $19 and valet parking is $30 per day, plus tip (or as posted on their web site). There is ground level parking on either end of the Convention Center but it is subject to event pricing. In other words if there is something going on at the Toyota center or Minute Maid park the rates go up. Over size vehicles are at the mercy of the ground level parking rates. There will be temporary ramp access for dropping off large items at the Convention Center but you may not park on the ramp. They will enforce towing for non permitted vehicles. Please don’t put them in that position.
Other Hotels:
If you choose to stay at another area hotel please let us know so we can account for the rooms associated with the convention. We need to be sure to get credit with the Convention and Visitors Bureau. This will keep our convention rates low.
