Convention April 6-7, 2012
- Dec 1, 2011 Registration Open
- * All registration will be accessed through the CTLTC.net website
- * Church Coordinators please enter your contact information. This information is used to keep you updated. It is important that each congregation have one Church Coordinator
- Feb 24, 2012 Registration Closed
- * Last day to register
- * T-Shirt orders and T-Shirt changes closed
- * Hotel Reservations should have been made through link on website or by phone to the hotel directly.
- * Pre-Convention Deadline:
- Last day to send Pre-Convention events to Correct Event Director. Entries must be post marked by today.

- Pre-Convention is now over!!! No more changes to these events.
- * Scholarship Deadline - Scholarship Applications are due. Must be post marked by today.
- * Registration payment must be received ($35 per participant)
- Mar 19, 2012 Final Corrections Closed
- * Last Day for Church Coordinator to send corrections!
- * All Team Lists must be submitted on the website before 11 am.

- Bible Quiz
- Choruses
- Drama teams
- Puppet teams
- * Volunteer Registration sheets are due. Absolutely every congregation must submit Volunteers.
- * Late Corrections - Any correction made after today (Apr 11,2011) must be made at the registration table at convention and can require a $5 correction fee per correction.
- * Church Coordinators - you must download your schedules as the registration website will be locked at 11 am and you cannot make changes at this point.
- ** NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER THIS DATE **
- Mar 23, 2012 Convention Event Directors start working on Convention Rosters
- * Convention Rosters - Totally correct participant lists from Church Coordinators will be down loaded by Convention Event Directors. (Including Team Lists)
- Mar 30, 2012 Convention Rosters Ready
- * Convention Event Directors will submit detailed time schedules for their events to be put on the website for congregational coordinators.
- * Detailed schedules will be sent to Church Coordinators, posted on the web page and available at the Registration table at convention.
- * Last minute corrections from Event Directors will be available at the convention Registration table.
- Apr 6-7, 2012 2011 CTLTC Convention
- Pre-Convention results Pre-Convention Event Directors will bring the results of their events to the Awards Room at the Convention Center.
- Apr 23, 2012 Rules Changes Due
- Rule changes from Convention Event Directors for the 2012 Manual are due.
- May 7, 2012 Awards correction deadline
