#1 Dorothy is having some difficulty typing due to a broken arm but she can answer your emails briefly or answer phone calls at 405-694-8010
#2 Thursday Feb 14th is the deadline for registering students and submitting pre-convention events. Pre-convention director contact information is on the ctltc website.
#3 You have until March 10th to make corrections however any new students added will not receive a complimentary T-shirt. You will need to order those in the server T-shirt box.
#4 T-shirts- It is very important that by Thursday Feb 14th you have entered all correct T-shirt sizes. T-shirts will be ordered from what you have posted on that day. There will be a $5 charge for T-shirt corrections at convention. If you pull your T-shirt report and notice you have a number of shirts by the category NONE that means you have not put a size in for that many shirts and the order cannot be completed. You have to put a size in for those shirts.
#5 It is also important that you begin now entering your volunteers. There is a tab marked volunteers where you can register all judges and monitors online. By entering this information early the event directors are better able to plan for their events.
